Love Lifting Havens is a non‑medical, independent living home. We do not provide clinical or hands‑on care, but we actively partner with trusted third‑party service providers to support residents during their stay.
Through coordinated community support and local agency partnerships, eligible residents may receive services either off‑site or in the home, depending on provider availability and program guidelines. These may include:
Non-medical home care services
Home health care (with physician orders)
In-home visits by psychiatrists
In-home visits by nurse practitioners
Pharmacy delivery for prescribed medications
Arranged directly by the resident, case manager, VA, or referral agency
Provided by licensed third-party providers

Important Note for Case Managers & Discharge Planners & Applicants
Love Lifting Havens is appropriate for adults who meet the following general criteria:
Age 55+ (or other qualifying adults as discussed)
Independent or semi‑independent and able to manage personal care
Cognitively aware and able to make safe decisions
Able to ambulate without hands‑on assistance (with or without assistive devices, as appropriate)
Have verified, guaranteed income (e.g., SSI, SSDI, pension, VA benefits, HUD-VASH)
Do not require 24/7 medical care, active behavioral stabilization, or skilled nursing level of care
We partner with families, providers, and community organizations to ensure our residents have not only a safe place to live, but a supportive environment where they can heal, grow, and move forward with dignity.
We understand typical struggles that clients face that include having three times the income, security deposits, first and last months’ rent or pass strict background checks.
We serve returning citizens transitioning from incarceration, low-income seniors, disabled veterans and other adults in need of stable housing.
